Own It




Challenge

Own It (acquired by Max One) came to us with a re brand brief specially focused on their mobile app. Since our collaboration with Max One, we’ve become their 360 creative partner. Their main challenge was combining what Own It was doing: habit tracking and athlete performance, with what Max One already had in their platform: chat, training, calendar, etc.

They needed to work above all, on a new color palette that looks modern and premium. The previous color palette, used gold as the main color, which was far from making it feel pro and elegant, it generated a strange feeling, since gold looked like a yellowish brown.






Process

We decided to create a color palette based on a dark background where the elements stand out due to the contrast. So it was that we picked a blue palette, with shades of turquoise and light blue that contrast very well on a dark background.
