Annerie Lessing: Mischief Campaign
In this project we had to create the logo, design of the cans, press ad and ambient media for a company called "Mischief". They wanted to have a design that would attract a young male audience without alienating their existing young female audience.
When you look at the word Mischief you think of someone who is a bit naughty but funny, and with that in mind I created a logo that looked like a jester and the theme all around being that of a circus or carnival.
With the ambient media I created a billboard that had a cutout with a can of Mischief standing in it, so it would look like you can just grab a drink from the billboard and try the drink for yourself.
The press ad I created to look like a club, where young people tend to spend their time if they are looking for a good time and a good drink, so I placed lights over a dark background and a few peanuts that are associated with bars and clubs to accompany a drink.
