IDEA
To create the pavilion 3D print method was used. HDPE plastic was used as printing filament, which is an excellent substitute for the original one. This type of plastic is very popular, it is commonly used to produce bottle cap or trash bags. The pavilion consists of several segments assembled together on construction site. The pavilion’s form is intended to resemble a coral reef, as a reminder that the plastic present in the ocean is responsible for the death of many living things, including the coral reefs that are home to them.

Do stworzenia pawilonu wykorzystano metodę drukowania 3D. Jako filament wykorzystano plastic HDPE, będący świetnym zamiennikiem oryginalnego. Jest to bardzo popularny rodzaj plastiku, powszechnie używany do produkcji korków lub worków na śmieci. Pawilon składa się z kilku części połączonych ze sobą na placu budowy. Forma pawilonu ma odzwierciedlać rafę koralową, przypominając że plastik obecny w oceanie jest odpowiedzialny za śmierć wielu istot żywych, w tym raf koralowych, będących ich domem.
