We developed a recruitments campaign launched on our already popular Facebook Fanpage that called on creatives to respond to our new job openings. People had to tag themselves on their respective placement in order to apply for a follow-up task that would win them an interview. Since the jobs listings were exclusively for our only team the campaign ran on social media alone, targeting people that are most familiar with the environment.

I handled the creative direction, concept, copywriting and the social media management throughout the campaign.

 

It generated thousands of views, shares and comments and we received hundreds of CVs/portfolios submissions. We ended up assembling the entire team and actually found some extra talent we made room for.
