Emotional characters
The task was to create three characters with different emotions. One character should be a vegetable, second - a spirit and the last one - an elemental.
Step 1. First I sketched some character design ideas.
Step 2. Then I finalized best versions of character designs I've got.
Steps 3-4. I selected the most interesting characters in each type. For a vegetable character I decided to continue with a pepper. For a spirit character I selected the one with mask and horns. And for element character I selected the water with curly hair-waves.
Then I added emotions to selected characters and emphasized emotions with coloring.

Step 5. I selected one emotion for every type of characters and made the final render of them. For the pepper character I selected the angry version.
For the spirit character I selected the scared version.
For the water elemental character I selected the happy version.
