Limite entre los municipios Maracaibo y San Francisco al que denomino
“Articulador expansivo de limites en evasión”
Se disena una propuesta urbana con el fin de machihembrar la ciudad con el lago a través de los limites del sector como son: las vías pertenecientes a ambos municipios y la costa.
Dentro de la misma se desarrolla un edificio a mayor escala y detalle como una nueva y unica biblioteca en el sector.
Lo cambiante, lo transferible, efímero, que pasa y deja huella, que es fugaz o no, define un espacio como vinculo o limite..
BIBLIOTECA PUBLICA
Responden a todos los flujos conteniendo espacios con mayor programa y a la necesidad cultural en el sitio, su forma permite que el paisaje del entorno se pliegue y se contenga
PLANTA BAJA- AREA DE LECTURA/ SALA DE NINOS
Territorio singular entre trayectos que se viven en los distintos niveles, creando espacios lúdicos que enfatizan los usos en cada recorrido y estaciones de lectura, se agrega vegetación para crea más estancia, y camuflajes el ruido.
PLANTA ALTA- AREA DE ESTUDIO
Trayectorias que ensamblan los espacios de cada banda de materialidades distintas conectando sus usos.
Concreto como estructura que permite moldear su forma creando marco de espesor entre los paneles de vidrio que dan ligereza y permite el paso de una luz lúdica y cambiante con colores que abren dialogo entre el edificio y la naturaleza.

This particular project took a deep analysis of the city of Maracaibo, in the growth of the tracks, and disorderly expansion to the south of the city where this design is located.

FIRST LEVEL-AREA READING / kids room
Territory is unique among living paths at different levels, creating spaces that emphasize recreational uses in each course and reading stations, adding vegetation to make more room, and camouflage noise.
SECOND LEVEL-AREA OF STUDY
Trajectories spaces joining each band of materialities connecting different uses.
Concrete as a structure that allows creating mold shape and a frame between the glass panels that give light and allows the passage of light and playful with colors changing to open dialogue between the building and nature.
