Rhythm
Here I used Photoshop to delicately preserve the imperfections of a gauche painting that was scanned. In order to achieve a painterly feel that was analog living in the digital domain. By preserving some of the imperfections the painting remains a work of art, and resists looking like camera ready or web ready work, letting the painting stand out from any design or boarders in print or web. By eliminating only enough of the imperfections so the painting does not look like it is under a scientific microscope, it resumes to look and feel like a painting that is being viewed in an art gallery.
