The UAE Ministry of Public Works consulted Infusion Dubai for development of their new website, eServices, end-user workspace and internal workflow.
The partnership between the UAE Ministry of Public Works and Infusion brought together two organizations whose goals and business objectives very much found a meeting place in this project. The ministry has spent more than four decades sparing no expense on projects that fortify the nation’s infrastructure and ensure compliance with international standards. And its ongoing efforts to enhance its capacity for providing both citizens and contractors with convenience and round-the-clock access to information were crystallized in the initiative to develop a brand new website and numerous eServices.
Our solution comprised an innovative strategy to servicing the UAE government with the attention to detail and
quality of delivery that it warrants - both in technical and aesthetic terms. After an extensive assessment of the content,
functionality and relevant architecture for the new site,we executed the implementation of a user-friendly,
Metro-styled design in SharePoint (front end development of the website), as well as the branding of key eServices that are particularly geared toward a distinctive and rewarding customer experience.
Hessa Obaid Alsuwaidi, IT Manager at the Ministry's IT Department, expressed the ministry’s appreciation of the work done on the new website, and gave Infusion stellar marks as a “unique partner that designed the MoPW official website and eServices.”
The site's primary target audience are Arabic speaking Emirati locals. We designed the site to be bilingual, pulling it's content seamlessly from a dual language CMS.
This accessible, customer-centric solution also effectively comprises a platform for education, offering users detailed information regarding essential processes, contacts, procedural steps, etc.
We executed a fresh, responsive design to enhance overall user experience, along with a variety of
eServices available for use anytime, anywhere, on any tablet/mobile device.
