Project Description

Inside Out (an international meditation retreat project in Ras-Elbar ) is a psychological healing blue resort that aim to reclaim inner peace by addressing the wellbeing of mind, body and soul.

The project concept is a heaven for the depleted that spreads hope, faith and positive energy within its field and even beyond.

The project depends on alternative medicine methods in healing such as activities (dance, paint, yoga, meditation, aquatic exercise and dealing with nature .

The project consist of 3 main competent (awareness center(finger1)-fitness center(finger2)-psychological center(finger3) )and 2 secondary competent ( boutique hotel and diagnostic center)

There are 5 steps to generate the project form

1-3 Main blocks that focus on mind, body and soul .

2-Formation the blocks and linking them to boutique hotel.

3-Representation of the first stage, which is rationality and depression, with its translation into an origami block with few opening to confirm the concept.

4- Composing the second block to embody and treat the body and its mind, it is an intermediate stage between origami and the pure form.

5- The third building expresses getting rid of all negativity and liberating it, showing what is inside us ,so that it appears as a pure form block of glass.
