There are approximately 115 companies in the fuel and lubricants marketing & distrbution business in the State of Tennessee. These companies are supplied by over 25 large wholesalers and major oil companies in the US and offshore markets. These companies supply and deliver products to over 2,300 gas stations and directly to over 1,500 commercial & industrial companies with locations located throughout the State. Since 1991, I have engaged with dozens of stakeholders throughout this State to negotiate supply agreements, purchase agreements, and various supply chain performance improvement initiatives.
All stakeholder economics and financial incentives are modeled using PVS enabled "War Rooms" for strategic & tactical mission planning efforts. The US petroleum supply chain has been modeled for every State in the US and for select markets globally; this clip shows the stakeholders included in the PVS model of the State of Tennessee.
