For this project, I collaborated alongside the Creative Director and CEO of Vulk Eyewear to bring our officially licensed eyewear collection to life.
To kick things off, we began with the logo. Drawing inspiration from John Pasche's iconic 1973 Australian Tour poster, we merged it with the renowned Lick logo and incorporated our brand name.
Next, we delved into refining the product itself. This involved engraving the famous Lick™ onto the lenses, embedding the metallic logo within the frame, and crafting 3D metallic Lick™ logos for the temple tips.
Moving on to packaging, we designed both a standard and premium edition.
The standard version featured a leather hard case with the collection logo embossed on the front, accompanied by a cloth sheet adorned with a light and dark grey Lick™ logo pattern. Additionally, it included a sturdy cardboard box carrying the same design.
For the premium edition, we elevated the product by introducing a larger hard box.
Inside, alongside the leather hard case, we included a silk scarf featuring the bespoke Lick™ pattern created for the collection. The premium box itself showcased the collection's logo in metallic red stamping on the front, with the Lick logo elegantly debossed on the inner red velvet lining.
I also worked on the creation of visual content for the collection, collaborating with Paloma Aballone, our photographer at the time, to conceptualize stunning photographs showcasing the sunglasses, packaging, and intricate details.
I also worked on other graphic content, still & motion.
Furthermore, we also worked on the visual material for display in opticians' store windows, ensuring they captured the essence and allure of the collection.
