This academic project was proposed during the study phase at the university by Abdulkarim Shiekh Moustafa and sara wardeh as agraduation project.

This project comes as an essential part of the plan for the reconstruction of the city of Homs all its cultural centers and theaters were destroyed by the recent war

The project includes an outdoor theater and entertainment activities, in addition to an opera theater.
