A whole year in two long days is what makes Open House Lisboa unique. As a living entity it sustains on those who make it possible (staff, volunteers, experts, and of course the wider public) because we are all bound to it, either for meer curiosity or passion.
Architecture is a neverending process of mutation, of back and forth, but sometimes none of the above. Ruin, urban voids, places yet to be repurposed still remain within a city full of life.
With Embaixada studio as curator of the event, it prompted a closer look at the architectures that surround us as living entities, as Time Matters, enabling itself reflections about the role, the layers and the stages of architecture.
