Previous versions of Foilco’s swatch books have always been bound collections of foiled chips which could be torn off. The problem was that once torn and used the book was no longer in it’s entirety and would need to eventually be replaced. This came at a cost for both Foilco and the environment,

The aim of INDEX is a much more sustainable piece of print. A binder with over 200 foiled cards, each one still has the tear away foil chips, but now with much more information relating to the type of foil. The beauty now is that once a card has run out of chips we simply need to replace that one card rather than an entire book.
