A Girls Essence is a teen empowerment organisation who works with young girls to inspire and encourage greatness. Its aim is to unleash the full potential of teen girls and guide them towards their dreams. I was asked to create a number of graphic elements to be used in print and online for the business. A logo was developed in the form of a butterfly, to symbolise what it usually does, and all other branding was to be girly and free, yet not too childish for the in-between teen market.
A business card was designed to contain a series of inspiring images and quotes on the flip side to be handed out at courses, camps and meet-ups, acting as an empowerment tool and engaging with the recipient.
Videos are done frequently for the website, with interviews and advice from many inspirational people around the globe. I was asked to produce a simple 'sharable' for social media when a new video was being released. This contains a couple unique and powerful quotes from the interviewee, along with the episode number and links.
This poster below is a manifest of what A Girls Essence lives for, and is to be downloaded with each new member to the website. There is one aimed at teens (shown below) and another two to be designed for educators and parents. It acts as a 'freebee' for the girls to print out and remind them of their greatness!
