I had the opportunity to design a poster and a brochure for the solo exhibition of the young Bosnian artist Antun Cvijanović. The exhibition was inspired by the theme of the traditional tattooing of Catholics in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Namely, through the medium of clay - terracotta, he thought about how to transpose the traditional into the contemporary.
Antun created something that remains in the domain of decoration, but in a different, contemporary way, with the message carried by this "small plastic", this sculptural jewelry, these medallions - medals, on which the "decorative" ornament is a print of his own skin, his DNA.
