Playtika is a "play-first entertainment company", with the brand promise Infinite Ways To Play. Therefore, we challenged the limits of a traditional employer branding campaign, by creating the first test drive of your future workplace. Candidates can navigate through an interactive experience to explore the real Playtika offices and respond to various work challenges. 

We collaborated with Ionut Rusu, a famous comedian, to be the host of the gamified experience, guiding candidates through steps that explore the company values: Dare to challenge, Run with the pack, Make it count, Cut to the Chase. The campaign ran for a year, attracting talent from all over the country, placing Playtika at the top of the IT employers.
