The project started in 2021. In the post-epidemic era, people pay more attention to the disinfection of the surrounding environment, and travel needs more efficient disinfection equipment, which became the starting point of the project.
该项目于2021年启动，后疫情时代，人们更加注重周边环境的消毒，出行需要更高效的消毒设备，这成为该项目的起点。
The shield car sterilizer A02 is a disinfection device based on the exclusive ELECTROPERO™ patented technology of Stanford University. After power on, it can prepare a safe and effective concentration of hydrogen peroxide disinfectant in real time without consumables and water. It adopts ultra-fine atomization technology , Hydrogen peroxide is converted into particles smaller than 5 microns to quickly cover the entire vehicle through Brownian motion, blocking the spread of viruses, and can control the concentration of hydrogen peroxide generated to always be within a safe range, so as to realize the coexistence of man and machine.
配盾车载消毒器A02是一款基于斯坦福大学独家ELECTROPERO™专利技术的消毒设备。 通电后即可实时配制安全有效浓度的过氧化氢消毒液，无需耗材和水。 它采用超细雾化技术，将过氧化氢转化为小于5微米的颗粒，通过布朗运动快速覆盖整个车辆，阻断病毒的传播，并能控制生成的过氧化氢浓度始终在安全范围内 ，从而实现人与机器的共存。
Before this project, there was an on-board sanitizer A01, but A01 has problems such as easy to burn out the electrochemical reactor after adding water, and it is difficult to add water in the car environment and the amount of water is uncertain. To solve these problems, we will focus on A02 solve.
在这个项目之前，已有一款车载消毒器A01，但A01存在加水后容易烧坏电化学反应器、车内环境加水困难、加水量不确定等问题。 针对这些问题，我们将重点从A02上解决。
A02车载消毒器采用了分体的设计，确保用户便捷加水并保护反应器。
The A02 vehicle-mounted sterilizer adopts a split design to ensure that users can easily add water and protect the reactor.
顶部凹槽是为了延续A01设计语言的同时防止水珠落入机体，顶部灯条做为消毒状态显示。
The top groove is to continue the design language of A01 while preventing water drops from falling into the body, and the top light bar is used as a disinfection status display.
半透水箱方便用户观察水量。
The semi-permeable water tank is convenient for users to observe the water volume.
手板测试防水、漏水问题，并确定纹理粗细及配色。
Test the waterproof and water leakage of the prototype, and determine the texture thickness and color matching.
该产品于2022年11月在上海进博会完成新品发布。
The product will be released at the Shanghai International Import Expo in November 2022.
