This project is called ‘’Smart Travel Engine’’ which is an extranet interface for our property owners part of our OTA system. The project’s name is called smart because we have lots of different products and their extranet systems work differently, but with this system we can observe and manage every product. Like corporate tourism, boutique travel, or big chain hotels that are in the Odamax and Ets website.

I conducted and executed one-on-one usability tests with property owners, which have a very varied and specific needs in 2017. Testing on interface or just asking specific questions about their daily work life to figure out their habits or pain points about managing a property.

I worked together closely with PO, business managers and developers in the design process. After wireframing, I have designed the visual interface and created an immense design library for both desktop and mobile platforms.
