HD Weightlifting Academy started as a community to share love and passion for weightlifting.
The academy is led by the first-ever gold medalist of the Philippines, Hidilyn Diaz, and her Weightlifting and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Julius Naranjo.
HD Weightlifting Academy is a way to back to the country and weightlifting community where the Olympic team teaches in-depth understanding of weightlifting.
