Totem: a contemporary re-imagining
This project I created a contemporary personal totemic image where I need to combine found images to generate original visual content. These could be photographs illustrations or any other visual elements I found and used. The goal is to create a unique image that reflects my personal story interests or values.

Rationale
My totem will represent my different personality traits in the form of various animals. Starting from the bottom up, the first animal is the Proboscis Monkey, Fox, Elephant, and lastly, the Sloth. The Proboscis Monkey and the reason behind choosing this animal is that most monkeys come across as playful innocence, mischief, weird or goofy animals, and the Proboscis Monkey is the goofiest and weirdest-looking monkey of them all. The Fox is a very gentle and sociable animal. They are a loving animal, which is why I chose the Fox. Elephants are strong and nurturing. The reason I included the elephant in my totem is to represent compassion. Then there is the sloth, which represents patience and contentment. However, I chose the sloth primarily because of its laziness.
