What is The Big 3 LLC?
The Big 3 (TB3) LLC, founded by Ike Howard, is a for-profit organization with a powerful mission to generate profits that can be reinvested into historically disadvantaged communities. Drawing inspiration from his 109 year old grandmother, Viola Ford Fletcher, a survivor of the Black Wall Street massacre and the oldest living author, Ike Howard took the initiative to establish The Big 3 LLC with the aim of making a lasting impact on communities that have experienced economic struggles. The name "The Big 3" encapsulates the guiding principles that drive our efforts: individual engagement, community enrichment, and a relentless focus on excellence. These principles form the foundation of our approach as we strive to create positive change and uplift communities in need.

Selma the Musical:
50 State U.S. Tour
Selma the Musical: The Untold Stories is a musical theatre, historical fiction presentation chronicling the story of Selma and the citizens of this unassuming town as they prepare for what is arguably the greatest endeavor of the Civil Rights movement. The quintessential march for voting rights across the Edmund Pettus Bridge that captured the attention of the nation at a time when race tensions and the battle ground for civil rights and equality is at an all-time high is recorded in this compelling book penned by show creator, J.P. Haynes. This score features original music from the rich genres foundational to Black culture such as Gospel, Jazz, and Hip Hop, yet undergird by a time-honored musical theatre
presentation in new, ingenious ways.
Bringing history to life in innovative ways with reenactments, recreations, and storytelling

The Living History Theater (LHT) humanizes history through truthful recreations and reenactments. History has a way of remembering large gestures, but even Martin Luther King Jr. had a favorite color. The Living History Theater researches a person, creates a profile, and produces historical theater, fostering familiar interaction with vintage figures. We need to see more diverse black reenactments outside of the woe.
Founded in January 2022, Living History Theater has been a shooting star. This first video,
(humanizing Gordon Parks and putting a spotlight on Joanne Thornton Wilson) won multiple awards, including the
Black Girl Ventures (BGV) Change Agent Fellowship leading to LHT Executive Director Sui being appointed NYC Lead Fellow.

Ike is the founder of both The Viola Ford Fletcher Foundation and The Big 3 LLC and a proud military veteran, father, husband, and grandson of
Viola Ford Fletcher. His passion fuels his life of service, brought about by firsthand experience of the diverse challenges and opportunities found in our contemporary societal construct. A respectful and loving relationship with Viola and his Uncle Red solidifies his belief that supportive governance structures—mentors, caregivers, and family—are essential to achieving your creative best and living well. Ike knows that together, we are better.

Oldest Living Survivor of Tulsa's Black Wall Street
Viola "Mother" Fletcher is an American woman, a mother, and a great-grandmother. She is well-known as the oldest living survivor of one of the worst race massacres in the USA's history. Working as a domestic worker until the age of 85, Viola encourages self-sufficiency.
She believes knowledge, supportive caregivers, and a quality community grounded in faith empower possibility.
She is still active and working to bring justifiable and equitable opportunities to all people.

Sui, a wife, mother, and award-winning producer, has made a name for herself by organizing exceptional social events and community projects. Her unwavering commitment to breaking barriers in historically disadvantaged communities has established her as a prominent figure in the field.
With deep respect for historical icons, Sui embraces the honor of being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of TB3.
Her leadership is characterized by grace, innovation, and a dedication to making a lasting impact.
She got her name "Sui Generis" from the Greek organizations at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
It means "in a class by itself".
