- The Market Street project is located in the redevelopment area of Newark at the intersection of Market Street and Union Street. It consists of two low-rise buildings with 5 floors. On the first floor, there are public, commercial and household premises for residents of the complex and for guests of the community. Residential apartments are on the other floors.
- A feature of the project is the creation of a large courtyard, which is combined with the zones of the first floor and includes a public square, a garden, a green boulevard with recreation areas.

- The design of the facade is developed in a modern style using historical motifs of the environment for a harmonious combination with the surroundings. Building volumes are also compositionally divided into blocks of different shades to support the architectural ensemble of the street.
