① Embrace the Ordinary: Find peace and satisfaction in the mundane tasks and ordinary life. Let myself cherish the current state of life, embrace normalcy, and enjoy the calm and happiness that daily life brings.
② Appreciate the Passage of Time: Find a gentle joy in the fleeting nature of time. Even though time flows like water and passes quickly, I should understand the beauty and irreversibility of it. Encourage myself to experience and treasure every unique moment, whether it's joyful, ordinary, or challenging.
In seeking contentment within the ordinary, approach the precious value of time with humility.
