Every old B-grade movie featured a monster to shock and fascinate the audience. But since I like contradictions and subversions, I wanted to create a monster movie with a twist. What if the monster isn't antagonistic, but is instead the love interest of the movie? Who says the hero has to be human? 

This poster was created for the group exhibition, B-Grade at Black Listed, Sydney, June 2014. A digital piece, combining hand-drawn elements and vector artwork with overlaid textures.
