The illustrations were all designed with the influence of Japanese artists of that time. There are direct references to the musical style "City Pop", with the iconic singers Tatsuro Yamashita and Mariya Takeuchi who are still loved today. Another great influence was the artistic style chosen, which pays homage to the style of the painter Hiroshi Nagai who marked many vinyl covers of this era.
