Attached is the conceptual solution for the revitalization of the block in Niš. The block is bounded by Aleksandar Nenadović, Nikola Pašić, Borivoj Gojković streets and Pavle Stojković square. The existing state includes the building of the merchant Todor Cekić, the National Library "Stevan Sremac", which represent a cultural asset and retain their existing state. The Niš National Museum and the residential building on the corner of Aleksandra Nenadović Street and Pavle Sojković Square also retain their existing form. According to the conceptual solution, the rest of the buildings will be demolished and multi-purpose public buildings will be designed in their place. With the new design solution, cultural and educational facilities are planned. New facilities will be functionally integrated into the existing uses of the block. All newly designed objects are connected in order to facilitate expansion and connection. The space of the Gallery is connected to the existing National museum. When it comes to shaping, the highest part is aligned with the height of the cornice of the existing residential building. From this part begins a terraced descent to the lowest part, whose height is the height of the crown of the national museum. In this way harmony with the existing facilities was achieved. The eastern facade on the ground floor is glazed, while the other floors are cantilevered. The west facade is more modest. The materials used were glass, for natural lighting, ventilation and visual contact with the environment, and white sandwich panels. the simplicity of the facade, the expansion of the openings and the terraced form make the newly designed building unobtrusive and at the same time modern.
U prilogu je idejno rešenje revitalizacije bloka u Nišu. Blok je ograničen ulicama Aleksandra Nenadovića, Nikole Pašića, Borivoja Gojkovića i trgom Pavla Stojkovića. Postojeće stanje obuhvata zgradu trgovca Todora Cekića, Narodnu biblioteku „Stevan Sremac“, koji predstavljaju kulturno dobro i zadržavaju svoje postojeće stanja. Narodni muzej Niš i stambena zgrada na uglu ulice Aleksandra Nenadovića i trga Pavla Sojkovića, takođe zadržavaju postojeći oblik. Idejnim rešenjem je predviđeno da ostali objekti budu srušeni i na njihovom mestu projektovani su višenamenski javni objekti. Novoprojektovnim rešenjem predviđeni su objekti kulture i edukacije, koji će se funkcionalno uklopiti u postojeće namene bloka. Svi novoprojektovani objekti povezani su u cilju lakšeg proširenja i povezivanja. Prostor Galerije povezan je sa postojećim narodnim muzejom. Kada je reč o oblikovanju, najviši deo usklađen je sa visinom venca postojeće stambene zgrade. Od ovog dela počinje terasasto spuštanje do najnižeg dela, čija je visina u visini venca Narodnog muzeja. na ovaj način postignut je sklad sa postojećim objektima. istočna fasada u prizemlju je ostakljena, dok su ostale etaže konzolno ispuštene. Fasada na zapadu je svedenija . Od materijala je korišćeno staklo, radi prirodnog osvetljenja, provetravanja i vizuelnog kontakta sa okruženjem, i beli sendvič paneli. Jednostavnost fasade, razigranost otvora i terasasta forma čine novoprojektovani objekat nenametljivim, a istovremeno modernim.
