Moby Dick, a baleia.
Este projeto gráfico foi desenvolvido no intuito de redesenhar e projetar uma nova capa ilustrada para o romance de Herman Melville, Moby Dick (1851). A proposta é trazer a imponência da baleia perante o capitão Ahab em seu bote, com cores vivas e dando ênfase a agitação do mar, além do uso de ilustrações autorais, visando o estudo e experiência em confeccionar este trabalho. O projeto da capa foi inspirado no trabalho de Gerard Dubois e sua pintura Moby Dick.
Moby Dick, the whale.
This graphic project was developed in order to redesign and design a new illustrated cover for Herman Melville's novel, Moby Dick (1851). The proposal is to bring the majesty of the whale before Captain Ahab in his boat, with bright colors and emphasizing the agitation of the sea, in addition to the use of authorial illustrations, aiming at the study and experience in making this work. The cover design was inspired by the work of Gerard Dubois and his painting Moby Dick.
