THE PROJECT
 
36days is a project (created by Rafa Goicoechea & Nina Sans) that invites designers, illustrators and graphic artists to give ​their particular view on the signs from our alphabet.
 
36 days of restless creativity, in which participants are challenged to design a letter or number for each day, resulting in an overall view about the ability to represent the same sign from different perspectives.
 
A project that aims to create a space for creation around typography and its endless graphic possibilities.

THE CONCEPT
 
26 different characters for 26 letters. I wanted to create a unique alphabet made of funny - and geometric - illustrated characters. The pretty girl, the shy masked man, the Barbie wannabe, the charming lady, the bearded guy, the baby, the old angry grandpa, the bride... They all have a letter-shaped detail, object or silhouette.
