ARTWORK
For a while, I'd go out to my balcony every Friday night and complete one acrylic painting from top to bottom. I mainly tried to enjoy myself in the handling of brush strokes, made occasional heavy use of inks, and just generally used it as a chance to switch my brain off for a while. It was very meditative.
This one was painted for my fiancée, Laura Chorba, around the time we met. We met here on Behance, actually. Thanks Behance!
This one was a gift for Laura when we first met face-to-face.
I want to get back into personal projects like this, I think it helps us do better work because it keeps our minds developing.
