LUMINA is a prepaid recharging app that aims to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for users to recharge their prepaid meter. As a UX designer for this project, I collaborated with a team of professionals, conduct a design sprint, programmers, and other stakeholders, to create a compelling and effective app .For this project, I worked with a team of a UX writer, UX designer and programmers to build a befiting app for LUMINA. My role was that of a UX designer where I worked alongside the UX writer to conduct different research. We carried out research with our target audience and ran a cognitive walkthrough on the product. By fulfilling my role as a UX designer for the LUMINA prepaid recharging app, I contributed to creating a user-centric and visually appealing interface that simplifies the recharge process for users. Through research, collaboration, and iterative design, I aimed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for users interacting with the app.
