Whilst at gyro I worked on a successful creative pitch for Pitney Bowes which resulted in the campaign you see below. My role was both creative and art direction working with copywriter Daniel O'Keeffe.
To sell the benefit of the Pitney Bowes Connect+ mail creation products that can frank and print in a single pass we came up with the idea of telling a love story. We made Frank and Print human, gave them personalities and sold the benefit of the product through their relationship. We created press ads that were translated and ran in the UK, Germany and France, a direct mail piece with a photo frame of our characters inside and some companion web banner ads.
We didn't have the budget to do a shoot on this project so I had to rely on stock photography to bring our characters to life but luckily found a set that worked well.
