The previous iterations of the displays faced notable issues stemming from buildout materials and content presentation. Recognizing the need for improvement, I spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul to introduce the new 2023 Soundbar displays, supplanting the outdated 2022 versions across Costco locations.

• End-to-End Management: I took charge of the project from conception to execution, ensuring seamless transitions and impactful outcomes.

• Hardware Innovation (HW-Q60CC): The 2023 rendition boasted robust brackets designed to securely mount the soundbar onto metal panels. These panels were engineered to be magnetic, facilitating effortless content changeouts printed on magnetic material. Additionally, the revamped displays featured enhanced feature callouts complemented by captivating lifestyle images. To enrich the customer experience, the demo unit was equipped with an array of audio tracks for immersive listening.

These inline displays serve as prominent fixtures in approximately 575 Costco warehouses across the United States, strategically positioned within the electronics section to engage and captivate shoppers.

This project underscores the fusion of ingenuity and practicality, showcasing the ability to address challenges and deliver solutions that resonate with both clients and consumers.
