I want to share with you the techniques of character stylization that can be used.
In general, there are an infinite number of stylizations – each artist brings a part of his/her personality to the drawing, which is expressed in the drawing styles, color, detail, etc.

For example, one of my favorite stylization at present:
☝️ It's important to notice the distinctive features of your drawings, that makes them yours, and reinforce them to develop your own unique style.

Tip: don't draw with your "head" and don't think about the correctness of the construction, but let your hand draw itself.
Components of stylization
For the convenience of perception, I have structured generalized characteristics that give our works uniqueness into antagonist groups:
Some stylization practice
Let's experiment with different stylization of AI-generated girl:
1. Making a sketch:
2. Next, select the colors:
3. Detailing the image:
4. Adjust the details and add a background:
Which character did you like more?😋
☝️Pay attention. Different styles are used for different purposes. Detailed picture is not suitable for information sites, because it distracts from the text. But it is suitable for book illustration:)
Examples of my works in different styles
There is also such a stylization option as semi-realistic, but it takes a lot of time and you need to know the anatomy well:(
Here's a semi-realistic girl (humanization of smelt fish that smells like cucumber:)))

Streamlined shapes:
Style for a comic book:
Anime style (while I was working on this illustration, I got tired of it, so it isn't finished😅):
My children's drawings. In those days, drawing was my art therapy:
But let's not talk about it... Better see how AI helps me with the background for my characters:
