Mercedes deBellard was recently commissioned by Rolling Stone magazine to create a portrait illustration of singer-songwriter Arlo Parks, to accompany an article celebrating the release of her latest album, My Soft Machine.
Mercedes uses a combination of traditional etching pencil techniques and digital techniques to create an illustration that is both vibrant and dreamy.
