I have been thinking about creating a business card for a while. In particular, I thought about how I could make it memorable, attractive and also practical. I came to the idea of harvesting wildflower seeds and printing my information onto, essentially, a seed packet that would contain the seeds.
I am able to hand out contact information and a link to my portfolio, while also giving people the chance to grow some flowers should they wish. In my mind, I see similarities between a flower and an idea, as given some time and attention, both can grow into something beautiful. This was a metaphor that I based my design around.
