Молодое вино поступает в продажу сразу же после ферментации, оно хранится только в пластиковой таре, потому что из-за «диких дрожжей» есть опасность взрыва бутылки. В основе фестиваля лежит форма пластиковой тары разного объема, а также процесс уменьшения жидкости.
