     The project presented a formidable challenge as it required not only meeting the marketing team's objectives of offering desirable apartments' areas with captivating views, but also ensuring the provision of essential services, ample parking facilities, and meeting all the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) requirements.
