" The renovation project at Johar Golf 3, PIK 1, focused on extending the living space as requested by the owner. A central courtyard was created to serve as a focal point when entering the residence. This courtyard connects all rooms visually and enhances the home's overall aesthetic and functionality, especially given the perimeter walls on two sides.
The design includes a mosquito net pocket sliding door integrated with black columns for a seamless look. Extended ceilings from indoor to outdoor spaces create a cohesive inside-outside experience. The use of glass throughout makes the rooms feel more spacious and allows natural daylight to fill the interiors.
Not only improves the natural light, this design improves the air ventilation as well, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere in the home. The project showcases innovative and client-focused design solutions."
