The illustration for the novel "Fernand Frey: a book of travels" by Roman Golubitchenko. Chapter 10 "White Arrow"
This story is is telling about fictional Russia at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Steampunk style.
It was tasked to draw a fantastic, fabulous, but realistic train with different wagons.
The first is military wagon.
The second is carriage.
The second is carriage.
I have considered these moments when I created of the sketches.
When the sketches was agreed by the customer, I started to my favorite part - drawing. =)
In the end I created the illustration for the 10th chapter of the novel.
I really enjoyed the illustration process. The customer was satisfied with the result.
