Sud Properties is a real estate development firm based in the Republic of Benin, specialising in creating luxurious apartments and villas for high-net worth individials. To celebrate their 10th year in operation, I was comissioned to redesign their visual identity.
I was inspired by the clients Islamic beliefs, which govern a lot of their business practises to create an identity that conveyed trust and partnership, since their clients entrust them with designing and constructing their dream homes.
In Islam, the hexagon represents 'heaven' so the 2 hexagons combined reflect where 2 heavens meet. The customers dream home -(heaven) and the ideal developer to create that dream home-(heaven). The point at which they meet represents the perfectly executed dream.
