“Tsuna and Tsrutsuna” is a Georgian animated film based on Georgian playwright Akvsenti Tsagareli’s work. The author of music featured in the animation is Georgian composer Mary Davitashvili. The animation was filmed in the studio “Georgian Film” in 1955 and was released in 1961. Kako Khintibadze being the executive director. 

The plot is that Tsrutsuna falls in love with Tsuna and wants to marry her. But Tsuna gets kidnapped by an evil master. Tsuna, deeply grieving, organizes a rebellion with his friends and releases her from captivity. After that they are get married and live happily ever after.

The project below presents the old animation in vector graphics. This will help to encourage the revival of old animations on the screens while increasing the awareness among the new generation. It is crucial for preservation and expansion of Georgian culture.
