Charge: Conduct user research and create design & development roadmap. 

Background: University College is an umbrella for continuing education at Tufts University. The college is using destiny one registration platform and needed refactoring because on extensive growth. 

My role: User Research: composition and conducting user research. Collaboration with development leads to build a sustainable platform that will enable communication leads promote college offerings. Participating in benchmarking analysis and conversations with other academic destiny one users.

Mind Mapping: Identifying main themes with SME (subject matter experts)

SME mindsets: creating mindsets to help prioritization and road map.

User Journey: architecting user journey in order to identify critical pain points and opportunities

Objective: Improve wayfinding of college offerings, improve site & page navigation, get insights about certificate programs, introduce cross reference of classes and programs.

Research Method: Qualitative research via observation of participants interaction with prototype and live site. The prompt questions rely on user journey and test scenarios based on objective criteria.
