The 2023 U.S. Life Sciences, Benchmarking Paid Time Off was a report created and deployed in June of 2023. The reports key findings examined:
• What the average paid time off policy looks like for U.S. life sciences workers
• Which holidays are typically offered and what new holidays are on the rise
• Discretionary office closures for holidays and/ or mental health
• and more
The report and collateral were built within two weeks, utilizing key stakeholders' feedback and suggestions.
