A group of Nomadic travelers from old times could get their hands on modern technology and apparently a massive pile of metallic waste material, e.g., ship wreckage, excavation mecha, a giant wrecking ball, and the head was fashioned from a traffic sign...the result is a contraption that can barge through almost any wall...quite a concern for neighbors!
