Chloe Stamper's profile

Expand: STARR Alliance Materials

The project I chose to expand upon was a print flyer advertisement for a walk-a-thon event supporting survivors of sex trafficking. For my expand revision, I created a style guide for future deliverables to print or email to consumers in support of the event. I chose to create a style guide instead of a new poster or advertisement because each of those things would be pretty much the same since the event has a specific date, time, and location that are the primary pieces of information to convey. With a style guide, it can be saved and used for years by the company to create any other needed materials for future events or merchandise sold as a fundraiser for their cause.
As far as design choices go, I wanted the style guide to be very clear cut and simplistic so it would be easy to pull the necessary information for any future projects for this company. The most important elements (logo and colors used) are featured at the top of the style guide, followed by fonts and graphics used. I also included some designer notes to convey the purpose and attitude of the company itself that need to be in alignment with any other pieces in the future. Overall, this expansion to the existing project provides and even better framework for more posters, advertisements, postcards, or just about any other print piece imaginable that the company could want to create.
