The Tour
The 2011 World Music Fashion Festival is a showcase for musicians and fashion designers from Canada, United States and Europe. The event provides a platform for western talent to develop connections with the Chinese audience while enjoying international brand exposure.The event is scheduled from Sep 7-25 2011. The tour will cover 6 cities: 成都 Chengdu, 大连 Dalian, 昆明 Kunming, 三亚 Sanya, 杭州 Hangzhou,长沙 Changsha.
The event will be attended by about 4,000 people per city in either an arena or theater setting. The audience will consist of media, industry professionals and the general public.

The Show
The show combines a runway fashion show and a live music concert. It will run a maximum of 120 minutes in each city.Fashion designers, musicians, and models work together through design, music and stage performance to present the audience with a whole new live stage experience. The Artistic Director will allocate designers into one of three sets for the show. This will be based upon several factors: collection content and style, musical selection and requirements for hair and makeup.

Each city will host a VIP after party for all designers, models and musicians at an intimate venue. This networking event will be attended by China’s industry professionals, government officials, business representatives, socialites, and a VIP audience.

The Creativity
This is the first music fashion festival ever to take place in China, this has drawn the attention of the public and media. Having fashion designers from 3 western countries come together and showcase their collections with live music performances will be a new experience for the Chinese market. This combination of western art, fashion and music depict the destinct lifestyle, culture and experiences of each designers’ country of origin.

We are connecting the audience with the different forms of western culture without them having to travel overseas.The tour brings world talent to the audience’s local city
