You See We Feel
Accessible Design Public Welfare Exhibition

Background :China has the highest number of blind people in the world, with over 17 million visually impaired people. However, the packaging of over 200000 approved drugs has little braille, which is a major safety issue. In 2022, AliHealth launched China's first Braille phonetic font "AliHealth", and launched a special public welfare project to focus on visually impaired groups.

Originality :You See We Feel - Visual Impairment Public Welfare Exhibition, a practical application of Braille accessibility design. 1001 daily items, covering graphic design, products, interaction, artistic installations, documentaries, and music, involving public services, daily consumption, cultural education, safety assurance, and more. I hope to use tactile language to communicate the daily possibilities of visually impaired people, convey the temperature and attitude that society should have, and create more authentic accessible life plans for visually impaired partners.

Result By holding design exhibitions and planning art public welfare events, it has sparked public and media communication, and gained widespread resonance in society. Through the promotion of multiple artists, embassies in China, and UNESCO officials worldwide, the total online dissemination volume has exceeded 1 billion.
