The Latisse Dash For Cash

The purpose of this project is to motivate sales people from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore to promote a certain cosmetic product related to eye-lashes. The name, as it suggests, directly conveys the rewards to the target audience --- Cash, that is. For a start, the salesperson receives a bib for a direct mailer which indicates the amount of cash to be won as the "running number" in front. To increase tension in the competition, we create a micro-site and introduce the visual of a track to give participants a bird's eye view of their standing and to stay alert on the leading sales representatives who sold the most number of packets. The sales people may also chat up with each other to encourage, discourage or to just be friends. There are also tips on how to sell the product.
