yard cafe - pasteup mural and ceramic paintings

I was commissioned by estudio254 to create several illustrations to be part of the interior design of yard café. The coffee shop design was inspired by Parisian cafes and I was briefed to think about springtime and love. I tackle the project creating illustrations for 4 pasteups, inspired by flowers, and creating several one-line portraits on ceramics.

I hand draw with ink each element and work on color and composition digitally at adobe photoshop. Later, the pasteups were screen printed.

I, myself, did pasteup the mural on the wall on site, it was a free composition.

I also hand painted a ceramic series, which was composed by 25 porcelain plates with a unique one-line painting. After a month of exhibition at yard café they were put on sale, being sold out in a few hours.
